Q: Why less than the competition?
A: We believe every club and trial secretary should be able to afford software to run a smooth and efficient trial. Our software was originally written and designed for a local trial secretary who could not afford the price of existing products on the market. When we finished beta testing the product, we asked if other trial secretaries would like it. The answer came back yes so we started offering it via the web and word of mouth. It has been well over a seven year now since we started and we continue to offer this tool at a price that helps all clubs be successful.

Q: What am I really buying?

A: Great Question! You are buying a full functional software package that will run a trial from start to finish. This is not an amateur program with lots of bugs. It is a complete solution that has been field tested. Trial secretaries from Michigan to Florida, New York to Washington and even places in Canada are using this tool. The trial secretary from Sportsman in Detroit, for example, likes it so much that she uses the software exclusively.

Q: What about support?
A: The software has built in help for your convenience, all of the functionality is described here. In the event that we've missed something, or you find a glitch, you can e-mail us a question to investigate. We will do everything we can to make sure once you commit to using the software your trial will be a success. Having said this, however, please understand we cannot support you with unrelated "how do I use Access" questions or "how do I use Windows" questions.

Q: What about USDAA, NADAC, and UKC Agility and Obedience?
A: Other organizations will be added in the future and disciplines too.

Product Support

Product support is provided via help files included in each product. We have thoroughly tested the help files with various user groups and have found that most questions are answered there.

Having said that, Total Trial Management requires you to have Microsoft Microsoft Access 2003, Microsoft Access 2007, or Microsoft Windows. These products can generally be purchased individually or as part of the Microsoft Office package. You can learn more about Microsoft products at www.microsoft.com.

We do not currently offer a solution for the Apple platform.

Download Support

We require you to register prior to downloading our software. This enables us to communicate with you in case of patches or product updates. This also enables us to inform you of new versions as they become available.

To minimize download time and bandwidth we compress our software into one file using a product called WinZip. You can read more about WinZip in our Installation Support section.

No special software is required to download our products. In the event that you have difficulty downloading one of our products, please let us know.

Installation Support

When you download one of our products, there are several things you must do.

  • Remember where on your computer you saved the downloaded program,
  • have WinZip or an equivalent program that will extract the necessary installation files, and
  • remember the location on your computer where you extract the installation files.

As indicated earlier, we utilize WinZip to package our software. We test all software packages prior to making them available for downloading. If you have questions pertaining to WinZip, we encourage you to visit their website at www.winzip.com prior to asking us any WinZip related questions. They have a detailed Support section.

When you extract the software package and click on the 'setup.exe' file, various screens will be displayed to assist you with the installation. The necessary directories and shortcuts will be generated to assist you in running the program.
